How do I buy a Voucher?

How will I receive my voucher?

We will email your vouchers to you in PDF format, these can then be printed out or emailed to your recipient.

What voucher amounts can I buy?

You can buy any amount between £10 and £250

How long are the vouchers valid for?

You've got 12 months to redeem your vouchers, after this they will be void & cannot be used against a reservation. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative, nor will they be refunded or change given.

I've been given a Bike & Boot voucher, how do I redeem it?

Head to our Booking page and choose which location you'd like, then check room availability & prices for your dates of stay. Next, send us an email or give us a call, and let us know which hotel, dates and room you'd like to book - and give us the unique voucher code to check against our records.

We'll set up your reservation with your Voucher amount & send you a confirmation email - and you're booked in!
