• The hotel is accessible via public transport, with the nearest bus stop 5 meters away and Hope train station 1.5 miles away. We can arrange assistance with local transport if needed.
Arrival and Parking
• The hotel’s main car park is located at the rear, away from the road, with a level, paved surface.
• Seven dedicated accessible parking bays are situated directly in front of the main entrance, also at the rear, ensuring proximity and ease of access.
• Clear signage directs guests to the accessible entrance, and staff are available to assist with luggage or navigation upon arrival.
Hotel Access and Facilities
• The main entrance features automatic sliding doors, providing step-free access to the Front Hall, Bareca (bar and restaurant), and other ground-floor areas.
• No steps or ramps are required to enter the Front Hall or Bareca, ensuring seamless access for wheelchair users and those with mobility impairments.
• An accessible toilet is located in the Front Hall area, equipped with grab rails, a pull cord, and sufficient space for manoeuvrability.

• These rooms feature: oWider doorways to accommodate wheelchairs.
o Wet room bathrooms with level-entry showers, grab rails, and emergency pull cords.
o Emergency call buttons beside the bed for immediate assistance.
o Adjustable lighting and clear signage for guests with visual impairments.
• All rooms are fitted with vibrating pillows and visual alarms for guests with hearing impairments, available upon request.
